Stapp Wealth Management, PLLC is an investment adviser registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended, (the “Advisers Act”). Stapp Financial Planning, PLLC has adopted the following policies and procedures in order to comply with the SEC’s Privacy of Consumer Financial Information rule (commonly known as “Regulation S-P”).

  • We do not sell customer information to third parties.
  • We do not share customer information with outside parties who may wish to market their products to you. You do not have to take action or instruct us to keep your information confidential. We will protect your privacy automatically.
  • Within Stapp Wealth Management, PLLC, we safeguard your customer information carefully.
